Once you make a care enquiry, our care manager will contact you to discuss your requirements. All of the information you give to us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. After we have gathered all your information, we will discuss how we can meet your needs and provide an outline of costs for your care package. We will then arrange a day to visit you at home to conduct a care needs assessment.
A thorough care needs assessment will be conducted by one of the care managers. This visit provides us the best opportunity to get to know you better in your home. The assessments carried out will include Personal and Social Care Needs, Environmental Assessment, Manual Handling, Medication Assessment etc. Following this visit, you will be provided a fully costed package together with your bespoke care plan.
